At this time all online orders must go through PayPal. We accept Visa or MasterCard for phoned in orders. No C.O.D orders. Orders can also be prepaid by check however items will only ship after check has cleared. Of course we also accept cash for in store purchase.

Golby Motor Corp reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and other information without notice. Please call or email us if you have any questions or you feel there is a discrepancy.
Items shipping within the state of Florida will include a 7% State Sales Tax. If you are an automotive parts business and/or you have a tax number you will need to fax, or email, a Florida Tax Certificate prior to an order.
Listings in the catalog do not imply availability. Always include your daytime telephone number with your address to prevent delays in your order. If items are out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and file your order in a special back order file, which is reviewed on a daily basis. We will ship as soon as possible when the part comes in unless you specify otherwise.
Warranty returns require the same procedures as above. Parts that are disassembled, altered, modified, disfigured, or abused will not be covered by our warranty. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost regardless of carrier. COD returns will not be accepted. If after inspection the part is proven defective, the item will be repaired or replaced at our option. This warranty does not cover reimbursement of labor costs or incidental damages (if any). There are no refunds on shipping costs, electrical parts, or special order merchandise.
The purpose of a core deposit / charge is to insure the return of rebuild-able parts. Your deposit will be promptly refunded when we receive your complete, rebuild-able core. A copy of your original purchase invoice must accompany your core. No refund will be issued for broken, damaged, disassembled or incomplete cores. No exceptions will be allowed. All cores must be prepaid by customer and core returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product as we are subject to vendor requirements.
Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier. If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time. All claims of loss, concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier. Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it. We apologize for this inconvenience - but this is a UPS shipping policy. Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 5 days of receiving order. No exceptions allowed.
On truck freight it is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect shipment while the driver is present and to note on the shipping form any damage.
The seller, Golby Motor Corp (Golby) , hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied warranty or merchant ability of fitness for a purpose, and Golby neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise. Golby will be responsible only for "the products sold by us." Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective by Golby. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability of product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection thereof.
